Angie Alonso, MS.
Angie is a registered mental health counselor intern who provides therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families. As a first-generation queer Latina therapist, she creates a warm, culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming space for clients who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves.
She supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, identity, family stress, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Her approach is holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending person-centered therapy, mindfulness, somatic tools, self-compassion, and parts work.
Angie’s goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they reconnect with themselves and strengthen their relationships. ¡Hablo español!
